From the shipyard floor to the wheelhouse.

Josh's path into yachting began in the 1980s in maintenance and new-build yards — learning vessels from the keel up. That hands-on foundation shaped everything that followed, turning technical literacy into a career-long advantage when evaluating hulls, systems, and refit exposure.

Command · 13 Years at Sea

Thirteen years at sea as Captain.

Before brokerage, Josh ran private and charter yachts up to 150 feet — cruising the Western Mediterranean, Western Atlantic, Caribbean, and Eastern Pacific. Operating a yacht at that level teaches you what ownership actually looks like, day to day, season to season. That lens now informs every buyer and seller conversation.

Twenty-two years at Fraser — and counting.

Since joining Fraser, Josh has concluded over one billion dollars in transactions, predominantly in the 30 to 80-meter range, with sales up to 106m. Seventy percent of his business is repeat clients. Thirty-four percent of his deals stay in-house within Fraser's global network — a mark of how Fraser's 21 offices trust him with their own clients' most complex transactions.
